Why does the website look different? +
FundedNext launched a fully redesigned website on 14 June 2026. It is mobile responsive, gives CFDs and Futures their own dedicated sections, and adds new transparency pages for rules and rewards. It is the same company and the same programs, with a new web experience.
Has anything changed with my account, login or dashboard? +
No. Client accounts, dashboards and login credentials are unchanged. Login is in the same place, the button at the top right of every page.
Did the trading rules change with the new website? +
No. The redesign changes where information lives, not the rules themselves. All rules are now published in one place and kept up to date:
fundednext.com/general-rules→CFDs or Futures→5 rule tabs
What is "Help Me Choose"? +
An
AI-driven assistant for users who are unsure which challenge fits them. It asks a few questions about how you trade across 3 short rounds and recommends the best-fit package. Direct customers to:
Home→CFDs or Futures→Pricing table→Help me choose
Where can customers see prices and compare challenges? +
In the pricing table of each section page. "Compare challenges" shows everything side by side, including the
average reward at each account size.
Home→CFDs or Futures→Pricing table→Compare challenges
A customer wants proof that traders actually get paid. Where do I send them? +
The new Rewards page: total rewarded, processing-time stats and individual trader payouts, publicly visible and always updating.
Home→Rewards (fundednext.com/reward)
A customer says their old bookmark or link no longer works. +
The site structure changed. CFDs and Futures now have their own sections, and some older pages have been reorganized. Ask what they were looking for, then direct them to the matching new page: challenges and pricing live under /cfds and /futures, rules under /general-rules, payout proof under /reward, and the explainer at /how-it-works.
Is buying a challenge different now? +
It is shorter. Customers select a package and an account size, then go straight to payment methods, with fewer steps than before. The challenges themselves and the wide range of payment options are the same.
Does this affect existing challenges or funded accounts? +
No. The update is to the public website experience only. Existing challenges, funded accounts and reward processes continue as normal.
